David Pratt – Development Manager

David has an extensive background in sales and marketing as well as a depth of knowledge in delivery of content over broadband supported by his time as the Broadband Task Force Officer for the Welsh Assembly Government. David has been the business development for the Business Video company for the last three years, two of which have been spent researching the benefits of social media and the effect it has on company’s reputation management. David’s roles include interacting with clients, using the functionality of Twitter and Facebook and to copywrite for blogs on a daily basis.

Robert Mason BSc Hons – Technical Manager

Rob has been the IT and Technical Manager for the parent company of The Engage Team for the last seven years. Rob has worked on the structural requirements of social media site building since 2009, in particular the integrating of steaming media. Rob is responsible for all the input placement of blogs, articles, photographs, video, bespoke Facebook and Twitter backgrounds and contact pages. Rob also works on the creation of You Tube channels and where required, IPTV.
